A 60-YEAR-OLD man has today appeared in court charged with the rape of a girl in 1980.
Norman Stanley, of Great Billington in Bedfordshire, was remanded into custody following this morning's hearing at Aylesbury Crown Court.
He is accused of attacking a 17-year-old girl in Micklefield Road.
Stanley is due to appear back in court on April 13, when he is likely to enter a plea.
