A HIGH Wycombe man is standing trial for the murder of a 49-year-old businessman.
Kieran Avery, 21, is accused of the murder of Colin Butler, who was found dead in his front garden in Marlow Road, High Wycombe on October 24, 2008.
He has admitted manslaughter but denies murder.
The trial began yesterday at Reading Crown Court and is expected to last five or six days.
