A 57-YEAR-OLD man shot himself in the head after he became depressed at being unemployed, an inquest heard.
Timothy Sullivan, from Iver Heath, died on October 23 following a “minor scuffle” with his wife and smashing items in his home in Pinewood Green.
Mrs Sullivan told the Buckinghamshire coroner her husband had become agitated and angry because he was unemployed for a long period.
The inquest heard that several days earlier Mr Sullivan's “desperation” was made worse when he had a mini-stoke.
Coroner Richard Hulett recorded a verdict that he took his own life.
