HOMES in Chesham were left without water today after a mystery problem.
Technicians from Veolia Water are still investigating what caused the pressure to drop in the water network around the town.
Residents started reporting problems to the water company early this morning. All were reconnected at around 1.30pm.
Work is to continue throughout the weekend to ensure there are no further problems.
A Veolia spokesman said: “Our field staff have been working around the clock to resolve the situation in Chesham and all customers are now back on water. We’re still investigating the root cause of the problem.”
