THE VILLAGE NEWSLETTER has had a delay in being put together, edited and published, due to unforeseen circumstances. A new executive editor has been appointed and it is hoped that the next newsletter will be circulated by the beginning of November. Regular contributors will be contacted shortly and advertisers have been kept in touch with developments. Many thanks go to Lynn Sullivan for the considerable effort she has put in to updating the look and format of the Hughenden News. We are sad to lose her from the area.
DON'T MISS the art group's exhibition in the main village hall tomorrow and Sunday. Some of the paintings will be for sale. Cards, individually designed, will also be on sale. Also on display will be competitive art work from the Hughenden Infant School. Refreshments and entry will be free.
