Up to 5,000 visitors are expected this Sunday (25th) at Hambledon Estate for the annual Country Fair, which this year will include the Silver Fox riding challenge and the Silver Pheasant clay shooting challenge.
Teams from around the UK and Ireland will be competing for cash prizes. Also you can test out your shooting skills at the have-a-go' stand.
There is also French market, try-your-hand at polo, and handle spectacular birds of prey under the supervision of falconer Charlotte Hill. The cookery demonstration is led by Mike North, head chef at the Goose in Britwell Salome, a Michelin-starred pub. Mike is one of the country's youngest Michelin starred chefs, and he will be working with the wild game produced on the estate and demonstrating how easy it is to prepare delicious venison dishes.
Tickets on the door or in advance from the Estate office on 01491 571353.
