PLANS to build eight new houses in Beaconsfield have been rejected by a council.
Housing developer Germain and Woodley wanted to bulldoze numbers 10-14 on Reynolds Road and build six semi-detachced and two detached houses on the site.
South Bucks District Council refused the application saying it would be an overdevelopment and obtrusive for neighbouring properties.
