SHOPPERS had their taste buds tested at a food festival at the Eden shopping centre in High Wycombe.
They browsed market stalls and enjoyed cooking demonstrations from county eateries, hosted by TV chef Tiffany Goodall.
The presenter, who has appeared on BBC’s Market Kitchen, said: “I think it is fantastic. It is encouraging everybody to cook and buy sustainably, buy locally.”

Wagamama, La Tasca, Marks & Spencer, Amersham’s The Crown Inn, Yo! Sushi, Zizzi and Frankie and Bennys held demonstrations.
Eli Fitzpatrick, selling from the R.E Mead & Sons Farm Shop stall, said business had been busy selling rapeseed oil at Saturday’s event.
He said: “It is getting our name out there. Most people don’t even know what rapeseed oil is, they are used to olive oil.”
Rachael Richards, of Reading’s Give Me Cake, said: “We attend most of the famers’ markets in this area and we find this particular event is really good for us.
“It is kind of our shop window.”
Eden’s Niamh Crowley said: “It is great for us to put on such a big free event for our shoppers.”
