WALLY of the week: the cyclist who was riding in the bus lane on the London Road, High Wycombe in the wrong direction.
I was shocked to see a sane-looking adult man pedalling against the traffic at rush hour last week without a seeming care in the world. I have always campaigned for cyclists to have to pass driving tests before they are allowed out on to the public road.
Maybe they should take psychiatric ones as well after this?
