THANKS to Rosemary Lumley of High Wycombe for the nice letter in which she told me last week’s column was so funny it made her laugh out loud.
It reminds me of when, as a child, I told my parents I wanted to be a comedian when I grew up.
You know what their reaction was? They started laughing.
Well, I’m pleased to say, they’re not laughing now.
