THIS season there are 253 teams playing in the Booker Wholesale Junior Football League, which organises football competition for Under 11s to Under 16s from High Wycombe to Marlow, Tring and Aylesbury.
The League has just re-lauched its improved Fairplay League. Aiming to give young players, managers, parents and supporters a goal to aim for during the season, the ethos behind the scheme is to encourage fair play throughout the age groups.
The most recent tables for each age group can be found at http://www.football-results.org/fairplay/ At the end of the season, the winning team of each age group will receive a trophy honouring their achievement and each team member and coach will receive a medal to keep.
