I Love My Local returns to Freetime

I Love My Local returns to Freetime I Love My Local returns to Freetime

I LOVE my Local has returned to the Freetime section as our reporters head to pubs across the county to find out what people love about their local haunt.

Since October we have been visiting a pub each week in the town and country talking to drinkers about what they love about their local.

Go to the Freetime section and click on I Love My Local to see a selection of pubs we have visited so far. Or click on the link below.

Leave your comments about the pubs featured. Each week we will upload a new pub.

Do you want your pub featured? Email rcain@london.newsquest.co.uk or call 01494755096.

Can we also have a section on homenrewing beer and wine. This is coming back into fashion .... I know I know this is no help to pubs.

Does this indicate the BFP will also start sending reporters out to cover news stories rather than copying and pasting press releases from the police and fire services?

Still, important to get the priorities right, pub reviews first.

Great move. Not. With pubs closing every day the BFP go on a pub jaunt. Why? Maybe the new money brigade should patronise their locals instead of turning their noses up at people who do.

Don't start that, the government will notice and before you know it they'll slap a tax on it!

Bucks free press is a waste of money, hardly any news, get more news in maidenhead advirtiser for village areas, I quote maidenhead advertiser reporter was in Flackwell heath taking pictures interviewing people with the bulding half knocked down, bucks free press turn up 2 days later to take pictures when the building was completely flattened, then put it on there website, but no tin fridays edition of the paper, I have also heard from various people it is well cheaper to advertise in the maidenhead ad than it is in the bucks free press, maidenhead ad is even 5 pence cheaper than bucks free, well what more can i say bucks free press need to pull there finger out but as we all know its there greedy owners newsquest want too much cream
