Bench to be placed in memory of fundraiser
A BENCH will be placed in a Princes Risborough park in memory of a popular fundraiser.
Risborough Car Booters want to put the bench in Wades Park in memory of Rita Woodwards, 65, of Berryfield Road.
She passed away on April 12 from cancer.
Rita raised money for many charities including the Thames Valley and Chiltern Air Ambulance, Wooden Spoon, the old Crosskeys surgery and John Radcliffe hospital.
Town councillors agreed on Tuesday night that the bench can go in the park.
