A BUCKS-based charity marked its 20th anniversary with its own games last weekend.

The Fremantle Trust, which is a care provider and charity, held the event at the Bucks CC Sport and Social Club opposite Stoke Mandeville Hospital.

A crowd of more than 250 service users, families and friends as well as members of staff watched a series of events.

Competitors of all ages took part in a variety of races, including egg and spoon, hoopla, ‘wellie wanging’ and the water bomb relay and winners were honoured with their own special medals to mark the anniversary celebration.

Carole Sawyers, chief executive of The Fremantle Trust, said: "We are thrilled to have achieved such a remarkable milestone and delighted that so many of those who use our services were able to come along and help make this a very special day."
