CPS drops charges against pair
THE Crown Prosecution Service has dropped charges against two women who had been accused of GBH.
Abigail Hornsby, 22, and an 18-year-old were charged in connection with an attack on a man, who was found with head injuries near the Pizza Go-Go takeaway in Castle Street, High Wycombe, on July 29.
The CPS confirmed this week the case was discontinued against the two women.
Alexander Wilson, 23, from Totteridge Lane, High Wycombe, will appear before Aylesbury Crown Court on October 23 charged with GBH.
