A drug dealer who planned to sell heroin and cocaine in High Wycombe has been “taken off the streets” after he was jailed for more than two years.

Londoner Jordan King was found to be concealing more than 40 prepared “street deals” of cocaine and heroin – both class A drugs – as well cash, mobile phones and drug paraphernalia, during a police operation in Gayhurst Road in September.

The 22-year-old pleaded guilty to one count of possession with intent to supply class A drugs (heroin) and one count of possession of class A drugs (cocaine) at Aylesbury Crown Court last Wednesday and was jailed for 32 months.

Investigating officer, Det Con Alex Kratky, from High Wycombe Local CID, said: “Drugs are an ever present issue which often feed other aspects of criminality.

“Following a planned police operation we have taken another dealer off the streets as well as a quantity of controlled drugs and cash.

“The sentence passed will demonstrate that the police and courts take a firm stance on drugs and the supply of them and we will continue to do so.”

He was arrested at about 5pm on September 30 and was charged in November.

He was given a sentence of 32 months for possession with intent to supply class A drugs (heroin) and the same sentence for the intent to supply cocaine – the two sentences will run concurrently.
