Police are searching for a man after two more sexual offences were committed against female joggers on The Rye in High Wycombe.

On Sunday morning, a 45-year-old woman was “grabbed” inappropriately and less than 24 hours later a man exposed himself to a 16-year-old girl.

These incidents, which were committed near to the boathouse by the Dyke on The Rye, follow an incident on Thursday when a man exposed himself and grabbed a 47-year-old dog walker in the same area.

The offender involved in the latest incidents has been described as a white, 15 to 16-year-old, about 5ft 9ins to 5ft 11ins and of slim build.

He was seen wearing a blue or grey anorak with the hood up and dark blue shorts as well as a bright blue hoody, black cargo trousers and a black jacket with detailing on the shoulder with the head up.

The 45-year-old was attacked on Sunday at about 9.45am and the 16-year-old was approached at 8.30am, yesterday.

Det Con Lou Knowles from Force CID at Wycombe said: “Officers are in the area making enquiries and I would urge anyone with information to speak to them or call 101.

“Any member of the public who believes they can see the man should approach officers or dial 999.”

Police have not said if the same man is believed to be involved in the first incident.
