A MUM-OF-THREE who has been unable to work for three years due to a serious neck injury has won a life-changing £75,000 on a TV gameshow.

Audrey Kolodzicezjyk, 51, had been on incapacity benefit because an injured nerve in her neck prevented her from being able to work.

But she had a change of luck after winning £10,000 on a £2 Bingo Lotto gamecard - and from there Audrey and partner Michael Hall, from Amersham, were invited onto the Bingo Lotto TV show.

"He didn't believe me at first," she said. "I started shaking and saying, I've won, I've won'.

"I matched a serial number and had to phone this hotline because I had no idea what I'd won.

"They told me I'd won £10,000 and somebody from the production team would be phoning me. They then told me I'd go on Friday's show."

It was there Audrey won a further £65,000 after getting past two other contestants to play for the jackpot prize of £100,000.

"It wasn't bad for an hour's work," she said.

Despite the huge win, she intends to return to her previous job as a shop assistant at A.A Fisher in Gerrards Cross after being unable to work for the last three years. "My job is still open and I'm hoping my boss is going to phone me back," she said.

"It's just starting to sink in. We are going to have a holiday but what I'm going to do with the money is something I have got to sit down and think about.

"I have never had anything like this in my life but it's not going to last forever."

The real treat for Audrey came in the shape of the show's presenter, Joe Pasquale, who she is a huge fan of.

She said: "That was the highlight of my day. I was going to go to the studio, have fun and meet Joe Pasquale - it was a win-win situation.

"It could have been better than winning all the money."

Bingo Lotto is shown live on Virgin 1 every Friday at 7pm.
