A FANCY dress fun run at a school in Gerrards Cross was a great success in helping to raise money for Sport Relief.
The Thorpe House Seniors took part in a Sport Relief fancy dress mile whilst the school’s Year Six pupils also won a charity football event.
The football competition saw the school win against other schools in the area including Davenies School and Gayhurst School.
The organising teacher, Jan Macmillan said: “The boys look forward to Sport Relief with great relish because it combines two things they are passionate about, fundraising and sport.
“They want to get involved in every aspect of the fundraising and this year it was the Year 11s idea to run the mile in fancy dress!”
