COOKING doesn’t get tougher than this for Masterchef presenter Gregg Wallace as he prepares for an evening of chat and culinary demonstrations in High Wycombe for charity next month.

The TV personality will talk about his life and take questions from audience members at Sytner BMW, High Wycombe, on Thursday, November 20 in aid of hospital charity Scannappeal.

The 49-year-old – who became the first celebrity to be booted out of Strictly Come Dancing last weekend – will also give a cookery demonstration using his skills as a restaurateur and TV food judge.

Wallace started his culinary career working on a vegetable stall, before opening restaurants and embarking on a broadcasting career, culminating in a position alongside John Torode on BBC’s Masterchef.

The evening at the car sales garage on the A40 London Road starts at 8.15pm, with tickets priced at £25 available by calling 01494 734161 or go to www.scannappeal.org.uk/events
