Two new music groups for those with learning difficulties are being launched in High Wycombe.
Chiltern Music Therapy will be offering these new projects for those with learning disabilities, autism, or additional needs.
Sing Your Song is a song-writing group, where attendees will have the chance to try their hand at using music technology to write, create and record their own songs.
Silver Singers is a choir group specifically aimed at older adults who may feel socially isolated. It also aims to reach out to older adults suffering from age-related illnesses such as Alzheimer’s and dementia.
The sessions will be held at Soundstudio, The Roundhouse, in St Mary’s Street, every Tuesday.
Sing Your Song will take place between 10am and 11am and Silver Singers from 11am to 12pm.
Each session cost £3.50. For more information, email rebecca@chilternmusictherapy.co.uk
