A MAN was left with a black eye after being punched by a car passenger in High Wycombe.
The 43-year-old was walking along Abercromby Avenue at about 9pm on Saturday June 23 when three men in a blue car approached him. The victim bent down to look into the window, and the man in the passenger seat grabbed the victim’s hand and punched him in the face.
The man who punched the victim is described as Asian, of medium build, about 5ft tall, wearing blue jeans and a black leather jacket. He has straight shoulder-length black hair which was swept back, and was clean-shaven.
The driver of the car is Asian, between 30 and 35-years old, average build, with short, black hair which was gelled on top and shaved at the sides. He was wearing jeans.
The third man, who was in the back of the car, is also Asian, and was wearing jeans. He had similar hair to the driver.
Thames Valley Police have launched an appeal for information. Anyone who witnessed the offence or recognises the descriptions of the men should contact PC Kirsty Smith on 101, or the charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
