THE following planning applications were received by south Buckinghamshire district councils on Monday.

The Studio Henley Road Marlow Buckinghamshire SL7 2BZ - Change of use of the dwelling from annexe accommodation for Mewslade to independent detached 1-bed dwelling.

The Rectory Mill Lane Monks Risborough Buckinghamshire HP27 9JE - Thin crown by 5%, crown lift to a height of 5.5 metres over public highway, reduce lateral on south side by up to 1.5 metres and sub stem overhanging vicarage on north side by 1.5 meteres to provide 2 metres clearance from building to Beech T2, crown thin by 5% and crown lift to a height of 5.5 metres, prune around street lamp to Beech T3, fell Plum T4.

Fernlands Chapel Lane Naphill Buckinghamshire HP14 4RB - Householder application for erection of part two storey/part single storey front/side/rear extension.

73 Hillside Road Marlow Buckinghamshire SL7 3LA - Householder application for the construction of a single storey conservatory to the rear elevation.

Dunsmore Park Lodge Diners Hill Dunsmore Buckinghamshire HP22 6QH - Demolition of existing bungalow and erection of replacement 2 bed dwelling with basement.

108 Straight Bit Flackwell Heath Buckinghamshire HP10 9NA - Householder application for construction of part two storey, part single storey side and rear extensions and alterations to front entrance with extended bay roof.

1 Taplin Way Tylers Green Buckinghamshire HP10 8DW - Householder application for raising of roof and chimney, insertion of one rear dormer window and one front velux window in connection with loft conversion and insertion of solar panels to front roof slope.

70 Chapel Lane High Wycombe Buckinghamshire HP12 4BS - Householder application for construction of second floor extension over existing single storey utility & insertion of new first floor side window.

17 School Close High Wycombe Buckinghamshire HP11 1PH - Householder application for demolition of existing garage and construction of two storey side extension and internal and external alterations.

Misvine Cottage Sheepcote Lane Hedsor Buckinghamshire SL1 8PE - Householder application for a side extension to the east of existing building utilising the area of the existing carport.

Chiltern District Council

Virginia 42 Lovel Road Chalfont St Peter Buckinghamshire SL9 9NS - Application for a certificate of lawfulness for a proposed operation relating to the erection of a loft conversion incorporating a hip to gable extension, rear dormer window and rooflights to front elevation.

South Bucks District Council.

(Out Of Area) Cape Boards Cowley Bridge Works Iver Lane Uxbridge London Borough Of Hillingdon UB8 2JG - Variation of condition 5 of planning permission 751/APP/2011/272 dated 01/11/2011 to restrict operations on the site to the following hours: 0530 hrs to 1800 hrs Monday to Saturday and not at all on Sundays and Bank/Public Holidays.
