MARLOW FM DJs swapped decks for the dance floor last Friday for a nostalgic nineties night - raising over £600 for the community radio station.

Over 150 people donned baggy ripped jeans and denim dungarees to pay homage to the 1990s at Claytons Bar last Friday.

Event organiser, Michael Hlavaty was joined by Michelle Livings, Michael James and The Danny Wave Experience to provide live music all evening, paying tribute to a feast of classics from the decade including the Spice Girls and Nirvana.

Mr Hlvatay said: “It was a fantastic evening and a lot of fun. We had 153 people turn up, a lot of family and friends but also lots of random people from Marlow and we raised £603, which is a massive help.”

The bar served up a special Marlow FM cocktail.

A fancy dress competition was held won by glammed-up Susie from Marlow and Marlow FM HR and Sales Director, Phil Evans, who came dressed as one of The Men in Black.
