A 12-YEAR-old girl was taken to hospital with leg and arm injuries after being hit by a car in High Wycombe.
The girl, who is in a stable condition at Stoke Mandeville hospital, was hit by the vehicle at around 3.45pm on Friday on the A4010 Chapel Lane.
The road was closed until 7pm following the incident.

A 37-year-old woman was arrested later that evening on suspicion of drink-driving and failing to stop at the scene of an accident.
She has been bailed until January 18, 2009.
