WELCOME to the Bucks Free Press live coverage of the local elections 2011.
Voters yesterday went to the polls for ‘Super Thursday’ to have their say on who should spend taxpayers’ money for the next four years.
The political battle was also fought on the parish and town council front, and residents also made their decision in the Alternative Vote (AV) referendum.
We have reporters at all three counts – Wycombe District Council, Chiltern District Council and South Bucks District Council.
We will bring you the results, live, as they happen in the box below. The first results are expected at about lunchtime.
