Tonight was the first night that Mum has missed an episode of the show. She is currently flying to Australia to do the infamous ‘greet on the bridge’ when dad comes out. Hopefully it won’t be for a while yet.

It was nice to see the men getting stuck into the camp clean up, dad included. In all fairness, he is pretty tidy around the home, but it’s nice to see he isn’t slacking in the jungle. The female camp mates seem to enjoy the men rallying around. Highlight today has to be the Pussy Cat Doll dancing. I love that of all the people in camp, Dad and Rosemary were the ones that wanted to learn the routine. I nearly cried when mid-routine he flailed into the undergrowth with a stumble. Smooth.

As the buddy trials continue, it is nice to see Dad and Rosemary supporting each other. I think they’ll stay good friends, she just seems so jolly and genuine. She tried really hard to fight for the immunity, but not to be ...yet.

We are so pleased that somebody different is doing the Bush Tucker Trial. We feel quite sorry for Hugo, he is obviously just so out of his comfort zone. We have also changed our minds about David and think he is really smiley and supportive towards the others (obviously nothing to do with his rock hard abs...). We are really looking forward to seeing the bed bug challenge on Wednesday. This could be a real chance for him to shine...
