Developers are proposing to build over 150 new homes in Monks Risborough.
Chartered Town Planners Hourigan Connolly want to hear residents' views on a proposal to build 152 homes in the village.
A planning application for the new estate, which is planned for land just south of Lower Icknield Way, has not yet been submitted to Wycombe District Council.
Hourigan Connolly are hoping to build an average of 30 dwellings per hectare, with 30 per cent of the homes being affordable housing.
The site will have an access road on Askett Village Lane, recreational facilities, new footpaths and cycle routes.
The planners have already consulted utility services which suggests there is adequate electricity, gas, telecommunications and sewage capacity to meet the needs of new residents.
The impact of traffic in the area has not yet been assessed, but a full review is expected to be presented in the future.
Comments on the proposal can be made until May 11, by visiting www.houriganconnolly.com/consultation, emailing feedback@houriganconnolly.com or sending responses to Hourigan Connolly, 7 Swan Square, 15 Swan Street, Manchester, M4 5JJ.
