CLUB champion Adam Topham exerted his authority with a blistering time to win High Wycombe Cycling Club’s Lesley Cole Memorial ten-mile time trial over Easter.
Topham came home in 19 minutes and 19 seconds, nearly a minute clear of second place, while also helping Wycombe to the mens’ team prize.
Further, he joined up with Steve Golla and Geoff Powell to set a new club vetrans record of one hour and 52 seconds.
Not to be outdone, the Wycombe ladies team of Cynthia, Kunschke, Dena Ford and Jane Hunt set a new club record of one hour, 13 minutes and 29 seconds.
Meanwhile, Ben Croxford was the fisr junior home, followed by Ollie Blagden and Gregory Holmes.
