The father and son combination of Rob and Trevor Brereton were unable to stop Andy Long and Dave Stopps taking top spot in pairs week of the Super Singles Darts League.
The Brereton’s topped Group One after three wins and a draw from their four matches with Trevor leading the way with two 180s.
In Group Two Long and Stopps secured their passage to the final, also picking up three wins and a draw to set-up a showdown with the father and son pairing.
In a match played over the best of seven legs it was Long and Stopps who took a 4-1 victory.
