High Wycombe’s Superleague darts teams enjoyed a mixed weekend as they recorded one win and one defeat from their two matches.

The competition sees teams compete on a town by town basis rather than the usual pub league format.

High Wycombe B were in top form as they eased to a 6-1 victory over Aston Clinton thanks to a strong team performance.

Craig Cox was the man of the match and won his tie while Rob Buckle completed an impressive 123 outshot for one of the moments of the match.

Jon Woodbridge, Dan Price, Steve McLeod and Paul Farnes were also victorious as Wycombe cruised to the win.

Wycombe’s A team were without several key players as they struggled to compete with Wolverton B and went down to a 5-2 defeat. John Cockburn scored a maximum 180 on route to a personal win, but along with man of the match Mark Barton was powerless to prevent the defeat.
