Beaconsfield face a winner takes all title clash with Buckingham this weekend and head coach Simon Tattersall is urging fans to get behind the team.

Last time out, Beaconsfield thrashed Aylesbury to set up this titanic clash and Tattersall said: “We knew heading into the game against Aylesbury that it would be a huge challenge but what we didn’t expect were the masses of BRFC supporters in the stand and on the touchline.

“The noise and constant support assisted the team in producing the best performance that I have been involved in during my five seasons as head coach. To hear the ovation the players received as they walked off the pitch will live long in the memory and the talk in the changing room was all about the support received.  It truly was a special day and a great performance.”

“When the first XV take to the field on Saturday they will be representing everyone who plays rugby for BRFC from minis to juniors and colts.

“The team take great pride in trying to do the club and the shirt justice and if we secure the league title on Saturday then we will be winning it for everyone at the club. The players have been simply magnificent.”
