Gibbons swims alongside Wycombe hopefuls

OLYMPIC swimmer Craig Gibbons returned to the pool for the first time since London 2012 to swim with Wycombe District Swimming Club in the National Arena Swimming League.

He competed in the 100m backstroke and freestyle, helping the team to fifth in Bracknell.

Meanwhile, at the Crawley Long Course Opportunity Meet, personal bests were set by Emily Cannon, Jack Cox, Isla Currie, Harry Engall, Kieran Evans, Ayo Evanson, Emily Gladding, Mitchell Green, Joshuia Howard, Danielle Kidd, Joshua Lancaster, Josh Lewis, Hattie Manners, George Mann, Lara Reed, Aidan Roberts, Christy Sadler, Zach Scannell, Isabelle Shea, Imogen Shepherd, Daniel Simpson, Amy Soanes, Chloe Summers and Luke Thomas, who won five medals.
