WASPS will play Viadana, Grenoble and Bayonne in next season’s Amlin Challenge Cup.

The black and golds have reached the quarter-finals in each of the last two seasons and will be favourites to come through their group again next year.

Italian side Viadana finished top of the Italian table last season but lost in the play-offs, while Grenoble finished 11th in last season’s French Top 14.

Wasps will be meeting each in competition for the first time in their history.

They know plenty about Bayonne though, having met them in the group stages of this competition in each of the past two seasons.

Two games take place in October, two in December and two in January.

The pools are: Pool One: Biarritz, Sale, Worcester, Oyonnax.

Pool Two: Bath, Newport-Gwent Dragons, Bordeaux, Mogliano.

Pool Three: Brive, Newcastle, Calvisano, Bucharest.

Pool Four: Wasps, Viadana, Bayonne, Grenoble.

Pool Five: Stade Francais, London Irish, Cavalieri Prato, Olympus Rugby
