Bickering over climate change wastes space

AM I the only person who is totally fed up when I turn to the letters page each week to see the usual letters from Anthony Weeden and Eric Alexander bickering with each other over the evidence or otherwise for climate change.

Why your newspaper should give them a forum for their pettiness is beyond me. As Anthony Weeden himself said last week, they have been at it since 2007.

I’m sure there must be more interesting letters concerning local issues that you could publish instead of these.

If not perhaps you should reduce the number of columns given over to letters.
