I was absolutely disgusted to find a ticket on my car in Grove Road, Beaconsfield, while picking up my kids today. The two traffic wardens had given out many tickets and had driven up to the school knowing there was easy prey.

When I spoke to the wardens they told me that residents had complained about the amount of cars parked outside their houses at school times. Why buy a house near a school then complain about parents at pick up times? As I drove home past Sealeys Road I saw the two wardens again checking out another school drop off point.

I was parked half on a yellow line but was not causing any danger or restriction to any one. Anyway £70 lighter, not impressed with rip off.
