I don’t usually ‘do’ negative energy but after an illegally parked car blocked me in outside Superdrug for over half an hour I was angry!
I had nipped into the watch repairers to get a new battery for my wristwatch.
A couple of minutes later I returned to my car to find myself blocked in.
Many thanks to all the passers by who offered me sympathy – some who had passed me twice during the half hour I had to wait for the driver to return!
All were intrigued to see who the driver was. Where are the traffic wardens when you need them?!
At last a woman returned to the car, all smiles.
She tried to say sorry but by then all I could point out was that she was parked illegally and what did she think gave her the right to block me in?! — Julie Oram, Marlow
