I am writing to you about the state of Gilletts Lane, during the resurfacing of the West Wycombe Road.

The contractors are parking the machinery along the road during the day, and moving at night and causing a massive disturbance, and they have destroyed the road surface of Gilletts Lane. They are also leaving piles of rubbish by the side of the road. This has gone on for over a week now, and is not acceptable.

So at the very least the whole of Gilletts Lane needs to cleaned and resurfaced, and the machinery moved to nearer where the work is being carried out. — Lee Humphrey, via email
