A plan has been submitted to Buckinghamshire Council to demolish a Chesham property and build five new flats on the vacant land.

If the approval is given the go-ahead, a new three-storey building will be constructed to accommodate five flats at 1 Albert Road, Chesham.
The blocks of flats that surround the site all contain three storeys of accommodation.

Developers have said that vehicular access to the new property will be provided in a basement parking area with the existing access moved further away from the junction between Albert Road and Victoria Road.
Buckinghamshire Council will now decide whether to permit the planning application.
