Plans for 14 new flats have been accepted.
Bucks Council has approved a ‘change of use’ application by Mr Nigel Freeth for 2-4 High Street, Chalfont St Peter.

Plans outline the ‘conversion from office use to 14 residential units’.
Up to 25 parking spaces are proposed.

In 2018, similar plans for 19 flats were submitted.
“This…is for a similar scheme but for 14 units as we wish to improve the overall appeal of the proposal to future purchasers,” a cover letter states.
Approval was given on August 31.
