A female pedestrian who was killed in a crash involving a council bin lorry in Chalfont St Peter has been named by the coroner. 

Pauline Gladys Bannerman, 71, was pronounced dead at the scene in Market Place following the crash involving a bin lorry at around 10.40am on Monday, November 6. 

The pensioner lived in Leachcroft - around a 15 minute walk away from where she died. 

Flowers and tributes were left at the scene of the tragic crash for "auntie Pauline" by devastated family members.
